  • Efficiency: Usually uses Half-Cut PERC or N-Type cells to squeeze high output from a smaller frame. They are High power density maximizing energy production on small, cramped roofs without requiring heavy-duty mounting hardware.
  • 500W & 560W - The Commercial Sweet Spot: Best For: Large businesses, warehouses, and high-energy homes.
  • Technology: Often features TOPCon or Bifacial glass, allowing the panel to collect light from both sides. These panels offer a lower "price per watt" than residential models and reduce the number of rails and clamps needed because you need fewer panels to reach your target kilowatt peak (kWp).
  • Handling: Weighs 26–28kg; usually requires two people to lift safely. 600W - The Industrial Workhorse Best For: Large-scale industrial arrays and small solar farms. Dimensions: Longer frames (up to 2.4m) designed for high-yield environments.
  • Lower Balance of System (BoS) costs: Using 600W panels instead of 450W panels means fewer cables, fewer fuses, and fewer mounting points, which speeds up labor. Constraint: These panels generate high current (~14–15 Amps), so they require specific high-capacity inverters.
  • 700W & 800W - The Utility Titans: Best For: Ground-mounted utility-scale solar farms. Technology: Built with large 210mm silicon wafers and dual-glass construction for maximum durability in open fields.
  • Maximum ROI for massive projects: These are designed to be moved by machinery or teams and are meant to withstand extreme wind and snow loads. Inverter Requirements: These produce massive amounts of current (17A+). They are generally not compatible with standard residential micro-inverters or small string inverters. Weight: Can exceed 38–40kg, making them impractical for standard roof mounting.
